9-6-2013: Turquoise

Today's color day is TURQUOISE. This is a picture I took of my little cousin Abby. The color of her dress was originally light blue, so I edited it with the photoshop website.

I chose this photo because it looks really nice. I was at Rock Run with a friend of mine and I found a giant Praying Mantis. There was another one, but it wasn't as interesting. The photo was taken with my 55-200mm lens, so it was easier to get a close up photo.

9-2-2013: What Don't I Like About This Class?

I really dislike the fact that some students freely call each other fags or faggots. They also use "gay" as a derogatory term. It's extremely offensive but no one seems to take notice of it. There is an "LGBT safe zone" sign hung in the computer lab, yet this behavior is not LGBT safe.
